Torpedo: How to Raise a Teenager, 22–23 April 2016, Kunstnernes Hus, Oslo

How to Raise a Teenager
– a public seminar on art publication and distribution

The art bookshop and publisher Torpedo is celebrating its ten-year anniversary with a series of gatherings, talks, conversations, presentations and book displays. The events consist of the One Year Art Book Fair – a monthly series of small curated publishers displays, and a two-day public seminar How to raise a teenager, which Three Letter Words are very pleased to be participating in.

Louise O’Hare and Kate Phillimore will give a presentation about Three Letter Words on Saturday 22 April. Following this, on Sunday 23 April, they will discuss distribution, care strategies, and this manifesto, as part of  ‘Partners in Crime are Associates in Love’ – a distributed engagement between Cara Benedetto (editor of the Print Hand Book), Chiara Figone (Archive Books), Frances Horn (Index and Pa/per View), and Corinn Gerber (Passenger Books).

This project is curated by Torpedo in collaboration with Corinn Gerber, Passenger Books (Montreal/Zürich), Benjamin Thorel, Section 7 Books/Paraguay Press (Paris), and Brian Kennon, 2nd Cannons Publications (Los Angeles).
