Monster Emporium Press

Monster Emporium Press was born in 2009 out of the constructed chaos of south London arts collective What They Could Do, They Did and one of its projects, a zine, ‘They Did’.
Out of our own chaos now come books and zines, mostly handmade, mostly stemming from our fascination with the strange and the incongruous. We publish short stories, essays, illustration, poetry and lyrics. We focus on contemporary writers and artists but also publish ‘Arrows’, old and public domain texts that we would like to burst into the present.
